Compac Rucksack

Three different sizes of rucksack to suit pretty much any angling situation from stalking to long sessions

No range of fishing luggage would be complete without a rucksack – or in this case a choice of three different sized Korda Compac Rucksacks to meet any angling situation you might find yourself in.

Great for carrying on your back or on a barrow

The Compac Rucksack range is ideal for those who still prefer to carry their gear on their back in a traditional rucksack, and it has been designed to make it as practical and comfortable as possible for that purpose.

The Korda Compac Rucksack has enough space for all your gear whilst making it easy to carry

Plus of course it can still be used on the occasions when you do decide to use a Carp Porter barrow, or for those who just prefer a rucksack style bag to one of the Korda Compac Carryall range of carryalls.

Get a size that is perfect for you

It comes in a choice of three different sizes – 30 litre, 45 litre or 60 litre versions – to cover pretty much anything from a stalking or day session where you are carrying minimal kit; right through to a long session where you want it to store all the tackle and other bits you need for that length of time.

Durable and water resistant

All three sizes are made from a durable, water resistant fabric to keep everything inside as dry as possible, such as when transporting it on your barrow when it is raining. Plus they have a reinforced waterproof base so that when stood on the ground they won’t soak up water, which is especially useful if you don’t use a groundsheet.

The lining is also durable and made from a wipe clean material, which means that it will last even when repeatedly taking items in and out of it, and if it does get too dirty inside it is quick and easy to wipe with a damp cloth.

Comfortable to carry - fully adjustable shoulder harness

Given that it is a rucksack, it has been designed to make it as comfortable as possible to carry, whether you are just lugging one of the larger models from the car to your swim, or are walking around all day with the small one on your back whilst stalking or similar.

It has a fully padded back panel, so anything hard inside the main compartment can’t be felt against your back, and the shoulder harness is fully adjustable so you can get the right fit whatever your body shape.

Shoulder harness with chest straps make the Korda Compac Rucksack comfortable to carry

Once it is on your shoulders, then a quick release chest strap keeps it in place and stops it slipping off – which is essential if you’re also carrying other gear, as you don’t want to be constantly stopping and adjusting the position of your rucksack.

There are also two padded carry handles on the top to make it easy to load it in and out of the car, or on and off a barrow.

Plenty of storage space

The large main compartment offers plenty of storage space for all types of things, from tackle to cooking gear, depending on which size/model you opt for, and the zip around the top gives easy access to everything.

The 30 litre version also has some other clever features that makes it seem larger than its actual size and which makes it ideal for mobile anglers, as there are external loops specially made to hold your banksticks and buzzers/back rests, so you can literally just pull them out of the ground and load them onto your rucksack.
