NEW RELEASES for March

With spring just around the corner and the carp starting to properly wake up, now is the time to be stocking up your tackle boxes, and we have some exciting new products that have just been delivered to tackle shops across the country.

Safety Inline Sleeves

Fish safety is a big part of everything we do here at Korda, and our new Safety Inline Sleeves not only make your inline lead set-ups more streamlined and tangle-free, but they also make it even safer for the fish and guarantee that the lead will discharge in the event of your main line breaking – even when using a leadcore leader or tubing.

The Safety Inline Sleeve Naked has been designed specifically for situations where an inline lead is being fished on your main line; and there is also a Safety Inline Sleeve Nano Tubing & Leadcore version, which is designed specifically for use with the Korda Dark Matter Nano Tubing or with our Kable leadcore. They are also a great choice when fishing Solidz PVA bags.

Both versions come in three different sizes, so they will fit any Korda inline lead shape in weights from 1.1oz to 8oz, and they have a streamlined design so they will neatly fit inside the lead and do away with any need for a tail rubber.

The slimline internal diameter ensures a tight fit on your main line, leadcore, or Nano tubing – depending on which version you opt for – and it fits loosely inside the lead, only locking into place once a size 8 swivel is pulled into the nose of the sleeve. This means that it will easily release when it needs to, and leaves the lead to come free, should your line break or be cut-off – the internal bore of the inline lead will easily pass over any leader knot or Nano tubing.

PVA Scoop

A scoop specifically designed for filling your solid PVA bags might sound like a small thing, and whilst it isn’t going to revolutionise your fishing, it will make it much easier to full your bags and prevent you from spilling bait everywhere!

The PVA Scoop originally came as part of the Korda PVA Kontainer system, but due to popular demand and numerous requests from our customers, it is now available to buy on its own.

It is the perfect size for loading our Solidz bags, without spillage, and comes in a distinctive Korda green colour, as well as being durable enough to withstand constant scooping of bait.

Zig Foam

To successfully fish zig rigs you need a hookbait that is not only buoyant, and will remain so whilst it is in the water, but is also visual enough that the carp can easily spot it, and that is exactly what the Korda Zig Foam provides.

It is ultra buoyant and perfect for use at any depth, and once in the water it will retain its buoyancy, despite being absorbent enough that it’s attraction can be boosted with the addition of flavourings.

Zig Foam comes in the form of 8mm sticks, with four in a pack, and a choice of red, yellow, or black. You can trim them to your desired length, or even use more than one colour – such as black tipped with a little bit of yellow – to personalise your zig hookbaits.

Dual Revolution Dial Scales

The new Dual Revolution Dial Scales will ensure that you can weigh your catch easily and accurately, without risk of error.

This high quality set of dial scales is manufactured by Reuben Heaton and comes in a 60lb by 1oz divisions model aimed at the UK market, as well as a 50kg in 100g divisions for the European market.

The body and lens are made from a strong polycarbonate material that is resistant to scratching and shocks, with a stainless steel hook and hang point. They also feature parts that are corrosion resistant and able to withstand constant use out on the bank, plus overload protection to prevent damage if the scales 'bottom out'.

Dark Kamo Thermolite Puffer Jacket

It isn’t just new items of tackle that you can look forward to, as we have several of our popular clothing items being released in our stylish Dark Kamo pattern.

Since its release, the Korda Thermolite Puffer Jacket has proven to be incredibly popular, as not only will it keep you warm and snug, but it is also very comfortable to wear and has been tailored for a stylish fit.

With its tough, durable outer shell, and hi-tech Thermolite hollow fibre filling it is the perfect choice for on the bank, plus it has a water repellent coating so you won’t get wet if caught out in a shower.

It is packed full of features – such as a longer back panel to prevent draughts – and features high quality zips throughout, plus plenty of storage space in zipped pockets. The Thermolite Puffer is now available in Dark Kamo, in sizes from small to 4XL, as well the original olive green or black versions.

Dark Kamo TK and Snapback caps

Two of our trendy caps are also now available in Dark Kamo, so whether you prefer the more traditional style TK Cap or a Snapback, you can now get it in this stylish pattern.

Whichever style you prefer, both are great for keeping the sun out of your eyes when fish spotting, but also won’t look out of place when walking down the street or going to the pub. One size fits all and both feature a Korda logo on the front.
