Thinking Tackle Returns To Gigantica! Here's the details

Danny Fairbrass and Darrell Peck team up for the first time in several years as they take a trip to one of the top commercial carp waters in the world – Gigantica Main Lake!

It has been around a decade since Darrell last fished Gigantica Main Lake, in France, and almost as long since Danny himself fished the venue at this time of year, and as they quickly learn, you definitely can’t always rely on past experience!

The session turns out to be a real eye-opener for Danny, who regularly fishes the venue at other times of the year, but finds himself having to question a lot of what he thought he knew, as the fish during this trip behave very differently to how they normally do.

Both Danny and Darrell have to use all of their skill and experience to make the necessary changes and to ensure that they manage to catch a few from this challenging venue, and there is plenty to be learned from this, as the film follows them as they make, and explain, these tweaks to their approach.

In the end they start to get it right, and that results in some cracking carp being banked, including a real monster for Darrell!
