Andrew Ellis

Andrew Ellis is a Sparsholt College graduate and the owner of AE fisheries. Over several decades, he has built a reputation within the industry for his no-nonsense attitude towards fishery management. Andrew's work approach is straightforward and to the point, he relies entirely on his extensive experience rather than following the common trends.

He has built up a large and varied clientele over the years, ranging from private estate owners to the likes of Embryo and The Carp Society. His work has also taken him abroad to countries such as France and Georgia.

Andrew once appeared on the TV series, Escape to the Chateau. He advised the owners on plans to turn their private lake into a commercial fishery. He also worked on an episode of the BBC's hit show Casualty.

After helping The Carp Society with several projects that included snag removal and building new stock ponds, he was made a Carp Society director.

Andrew enjoys life to the full and has collected numerous stories and anecdotes resulting from his many colourful experiences, making this a highly entertaining and fact-filled podcast.
