Darrell Peck

The Korda Thinking Tackle Podcast welcomes Darrell Peck. Often regarded as one of the most prolific big fish anglers in modern carp fishing with a staggering 60 UK carp caught over 40lbs and 5 over 50!

Darrell first caught the attention of the UK’s carp scene when he netted the majority of Yateley’s car park lake’s acclaimed stock, almost 20 years ago and continued throughout his twenties to target and successfully land some of England's largest carp including the amazing Conningbrook’s “ Two Tone” at over 65lb.

Away from his personal fishing, Darrell is often in front of the Korda and Mainline Baits Cameras, educating anglers on large productions such as Thinking Tackle and the Masterclass series. He continues to write regular articles for various carp fishing publications and even released a sold out book in 2011 titled "My Misspent Youth”

To recognise his carp fishing accolades, In 2017 at 35 years old Darrell became the youngest inductee into “Carp Fishing’s Hall of Fame” and the third person from Team Korda to be honoured alongside Danny Fairbrass and Damian Clarke.
