On this episode of the Korda podcast is big carp angler and carp fishing legend, Gaz Fareham!

Gaz Fareham is no stranger to the UK carp fishing scene, having caught some of the country’s best-known fish from some of the most pressured venues around. Arguably his most famous capture was Heather, from Yateley's Car Park Lake.

Gaz's took his first steps into specialist carp fishing on the banks of Redesmere in Cheshire. He has since gone on to have multiple successes on waters such as Roach Pit and Pingewood. He's also made numerous TV appearances for several fishing brands and digital subscription channels, and Gaz is also responsible for creating carp fishing publications, The Forgotten Chapters, and Sub Surface.

Three years ago, Gaz made the life-changing decision to leave his job as an art teacher and work within the fishing industry, which has allowed him to reflect and understand what he needs from his angling and life in general.

In this podcast, Gaz reflected on some of his best-known captures and the demands of targeting these specific carp. We also talked about his recent success and his filming projects with Cypography. Plus, he also discussed Sub Surface and what plans he has for the future.
