Rob Burgess

Rob Burgess is one of the most technically gifted anglers that operates at Korda. Rising from the match seen, Rob's catch rate soon caught the attention of team Korda and in 2018, Rob was employed full time as the Korda Koach.

Rob's role sees him travel around the UK and occasionally into Europe to help educate anglers, of all levels, and help them get the most from their angling.

Rob is an extremely diverse angler, able to perform on both the match scene, at high pressured day tickets, or more challenging, low stocked pits. His ability to read the situation and fish to suit the conditions are what make him such a gifted angler.

In the summer of 2022, Rob lived out a boy hood dream and won the British Carp Angling Championships, an extremely proud moment, for both him and his match partner, Karl Palmer.

Away from angling, Rob is a proud father and partner, based in Hertfordshire, Rob has a busy social life, which he keeps private away from his angling spotlight.
